Women’s Art of Prayer

Explore creativity as prayer flowing from your innermost spirit

Facilitated by Pauline Saade

Tuesdays on Zoom, September 6, 13, 20, 27, 2022  |  7:00-8:10pm EDT*

For thousands of years our ancestors gathered in prayerful ceremony and used art and creative energy as a way to connect with Source. They marked sacred sites with messages that we can still see today in caves and rocks throughout the world. We as women are called to gather once again in one tribe to unite our hearts and channel our creative power as we practice the art of prayer.
  • Be enveloped in a sacred container allowing you to let go of distractions and focus only on your prayerful intentions.
  • Tap into your innermost Self to allow spontaneous creative flow in a prayerful state of being.
  • Learn techniques to allow your spirit to be inspired in the moment and tips for igniting the creative process.
  • Use any creative medium of your choice to make a visual representation of your prayers.
  • Share your experience with other participants via short breakout sessions.

You will need to have art supplies of your choice at hand before each session. These can include but are not limited to mixed media or water color paper, colored pencils, crayons, watercolors, acrylic, oil paint, clay, or collage materials.

Each gathering will be recorded and made available within 24 hours after the live session.

What Participants Say about Women’s Art of Prayer

Women’s Art of Prayer really helped me reconnect with the Goddess and Divine Feminine consciousness. Just sitting down and connecting with myself and letting go of trying to draw perfectly was very valuable. I feel it in all areas of my life.
~ Terri Woods, Ayden, North Carolina

This class was a blessing to me as I was dealing with the death of my mother, and to know that I created something beautiful and artful while dealing with my loss is a true gift. I am looking forward to more offerings from Pauline and highly recommend this class to anyone who wishes to cultivate peaceful and loving prayers through their own unique creative spirit.
~ Gabriella Galvan, Brownsville, Texas

This class is living creativity creating creation through exquisite guidance. I experienced a divine, Spirit-led mirroring that brought me to my chaotic self. An eye opening, heartfelt immersion, drawing myself using colored markers, my little ten year old identity was relieved that I saw her. I bow in gratitude.
~ JaneE Love, New England

At the end of each class, I was already looking forward to the next. Pauline engendered a sense of community that was felt among us all. I feel more at peace with myself as well as with other people in my life. As a survivor of trauma, this class has been very personally healing. I look forward to the next one to continue my healing journey. Thank you Pauline for a wonderful experience!
